Who we are

Ekioo is a digital services company (DSC) founded in 2026, born from the merger of three complementary firms: Koevoo, Kinsa Consulting and Koonex. Together, we have built a comprehensive, coherent and deeply committed offering in favour of more responsible IT.

We support organisations — from small businesses to large enterprises — in governing, securing and transforming their information systems, with a constant focus on data sovereignty, environmental impact and the long-term durability of deployed solutions.

Our approach

Ekioo goes beyond delivering technical solutions. We act as a strategic partner for our clients:

  • Independence from proprietary vendors and major US cloud players
  • Transparency on technology choices, costs and outcomes
  • Commitment to sustainability: open-source solutions, refurbished hardware, low-footprint hosting
  • Proximity: a single point of contact who knows your organisation and its challenges

Our areas of expertise

Ekioo operates across the full spectrum of IT management:

  • Governance and steering: IT roadmap, strategic alignment, budget oversight
  • Cybersecurity: audits, GDPR compliance, risk management, business continuity
  • Digital sovereignty: alternatives to Big Tech, hosting in France and Europe
  • CSR and ESG: reducing digital carbon footprint, measurable indicators
  • Collaborative products: sovereign office suite, knowledge base, project management

Our clients

We serve organisations of all sizes and sectors:

  • SMBs looking for expert, affordable outsourced IT management
  • Mid-size and large enterprises seeking to strengthen digital sovereignty and improve ESG performance
  • Public sector bodies sensitive to data protection and regulatory compliance

Our commitments

Ekioo was built on four foundational pillars:

  1. Responsibility: every technical decision is evaluated for its societal and environmental impact
  2. Sovereignty: we never impose dependency on our own solutions — you keep control
  3. Excellence: multidisciplinary teams trained in industry best practices
  4. Transparency: clear contracts, regular reporting, zero hidden costs
