What is Ekioo and how is it different from other IT services firms?
Ekioo is a digital services company born in 2026 from the merger of three complementary firms: Kinsa Consultants (IT infrastructure and operations), Koevoo (digital sovereignty and eco-responsibility), and Koonex (IT governance and strategy). This origin allows us to address the full spectrum of an organisation's IT challenges through a single point of contact. Unlike larger firms, we hold no exclusive resale agreements with any vendor: our recommendations are driven solely by our clients' interests.
What types of organisations do you work with?
Ekioo works with very small businesses (from 5 employees), SMBs, mid-size enterprises, and large organisations, as well as public sector bodies (local authorities, healthcare establishments, educational institutions). Each profile benefits from a tailored offer: fully outsourced IT management for organisations without an internal IT team, targeted expert support for those with an existing IT department.
We already have an IT department. What more can Ekioo bring?
Ekioo can make your IT department stronger. Your IT department knows your business, your systems, your teams. It's irreplaceable. But on digital sovereignty, the environmental footprint of IT, and alternatives to Big Tech, it needs a specialized partner. That's our job.
Can we work with Ekioo if we already have an IT provider?
Yes. Ekioo frequently works alongside an existing technical provider (managed service provider, hosting provider). In that case, we act as the steering layer and advocate: assessing existing services, challenging choices, protecting your interests, and coordinating all stakeholders. This is particularly valued by SMBs that have an operational provider but lack strategic oversight.
Does Ekioo offer its own products or only consulting?
Both. Ekioo provides consulting and IT steering services, and also offers its own ko- product suite: Koopération (collaboration), Koprojet (project management), Konnaissance (knowledge base), Kommercial (CRM), Kogestion (lightweight ERP), Kodir (executive dashboard). These products are open source, hosted in Europe, and can be adopted progressively with no obligation.
