Every technology choice we recommend is evaluated for its environmental, social and ethical impact. We favour low-carbon solutions, local suppliers, and practices that extend hardware lifespan. We own our recommendations: if a solution is not the right fit, we say so.

Sovereignty

Digital sovereignty is a decision criterion — not a marketing slogan. We build architectures where clients retain control: control of their data, tools, contracts and technology roadmap. We do not push our own products.

Excellence

Our teams maintain high expertise in their respective domains. Excellence also means knowing when to say no — refusing shortcuts that create technical debt or expose clients to unnecessary risk.

Transparency

We operate without grey zones: clear contracts, detailed billing, regular reporting. Our clients know at all times what they are paying for, why, and what they get in return. Transparency extends to our own mistakes.

Responsible IT covers three dimensions: environmental (reducing digital carbon footprint, extending hardware lifecycle, low-carbon hosting), social (tool accessibility, user training, working conditions), and governance (transparency, independence from vendors, data protection). At Ekioo, all three are integrated into every recommendation — they are not a checkbox.
What is Ekioo's corporate mission?
Ekioo's mission is to enable organisations to manage their IT with rigour, independence and responsibility. In concrete terms, this translates into contractual commitments: no conflicts of interest from vendor commissions, Cloud Act-free hosting, knowledge transfer included, ESG indicators delivered. The mission is not positioning — it shapes our day-to-day operating decisions.
How do you balance IT performance with ESG commitments?
Performance and responsibility are not opposites. A well-managed refurbished hardware fleet is more reliable and less costly than a poorly administered new fleet. Sovereign hosting in France is not less performant than a US hyperscaler for 95% of use cases. Trained, autonomous teams produce more. Ekioo proves, engagement by engagement, that responsible IT is simply better IT.
